All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Returns

Returns are only accepted for items received incorrect due to our error. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Damaged Items

Tymeslimit is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping or delivery. Responsibility transfers to the carrier once the order is dispatched. Any damage claims must be filed directly with the shipping provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Items marked as delivered
  • Shipping-related damage

Refunds

Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Tymeslimit is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. All claims must be handled directly with the carrier.
