All shipments are handled by third-party carriers, and any issues that occur during or after delivery are the responsibility of the carrier. Customers are responsible for filing any claims directly with the shipping provider.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of the item and packaging. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in your claim being denied.
